Yes, you did read that correctly, and yes, I am equally as surprised to read and hear this.
But it’s good news all round with this update from Football London sources.
Number one goalkeeper Robert Sanchez was the latest to be struck with an injury, with an unknown timescale.
Ben Chilwell has once again been out for the long-term.
And Noni Madueke seems to be back in training but has still not made any recent squads with his injury issues continuing.
But, the report claims that Sanchez will be back in a couple of weeks, which is shorter than initially thought.
Chilwell is ahead of schedule and is ‘very close’ to returning now.
And Madueke has a decent chance of making the squad for Wolves on Sunday.
As well as that, Romeo Lavia is also closing in on his first squad appearance at Chelsea!
